Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number P12PS22983 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 485410. The small business size standard is $7 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, effective 11 August 2009. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF STATEMENT OF WORK William Howard Taft National Historic Site, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, offers its visitors a glimpse into the life and history of President William Howard Taft and the Taft family's contributions to the local community and the nation. For over 13 years, William Howard Taft National History Site (WIHO) has provided a bus service to schools within the I-275 belt way. This service is part of a community outreach program that enables local educators to augment their social science curriculums with eyes- and hands-on experience. The National Park Service is seeking to establish a long term contract to provide bus services to WIHO. This service shall meet the following objectives: "Provide safe and timely transportation for students and faculty FROM local schools, TO William Howard Taft, and RETURN them to their point of origin. "The services shall be consistent and without interruption for the duration of the contract.
