Description
AFLCMC/WNQ (Combat Electronics) awarded this Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under the ATP-SE contract to Lockheed Martin. AFLCMC/WNQ users are required to utilize the ATP-SE multiple award contract to procure present and future targeting pod capabilities. The awardees under the ATP-SE multiple award contract are Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. This procurement is to install and integrate Net-T FS0 enabled CMDL transceivers on Lockheed Martin ATP-SE configuration pods. The contractor will make only the necessary pod Operational Flight Program (OFP) software (SW) changes required to support Net-T capabilities and provide the necessary Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI) changes. No hardware modifications are envisioned for this effort. No Aircraft Platform OFP modifications are allowed for this effort. Net-T implementation shall not impact or degrade existing ATP-SE capabilities or missions. In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), an exception to fair opportunity exists as the need for the supplies or services is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity would result in unacceptable delays.
