- Copier maintenance contract for three (3) copiers. The Land Between The Lakes NRA intends to issue a contract for a maintenance contract for three (3) network copiers. There are two (2) Sharp Model Nos. MX-M450 NCT black and white copiers and one (1) Sharp Model No. MX-350 NCT black and white copier. This solicitation is issued as Subject to the Availability of Funds (SAF). 1. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). 3. The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (June 2009), with its quote or complete the Representations and Certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov 4. The performance period for this service is an approximate twelve (12) month base period of October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 plus two (2) option years. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is being advertised. 6. This requirement is being issued as 100% small business. 7. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1200 CST Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Electronic (e-mail) questions are requested at mamitchell@fs.fed.us Answers shall be provided no later than 1200 CST Friday, August 24, 2012. 8. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. 9. Quotes are due on or before 1200 noon CST Friday, August 31, 2012. Late quotes/offers will not be considered. Quotes received after date set for receipt of quotes will be rejected. 10. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212, and the small business size standard is $23.0M. To be eligible for award, registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration Database is mandatory. 11. The Government will award, based on available funding, a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The award decision is based on past performance and lowest price. The weight of past performance and price are both equal. 12. Submit written quotations to Margie A.
