- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: CITY/STATE: Anchorage, Alaska DELINEATED AREA: North: Beginning at a point from the shoreline of Cook Inlet, east along the south shore of Ship Creek to a point intersected by a line extending Ingra Street; then south along Inga Street to 3rd Avenue; and then east along 3rd Avenue, Commercial Drive, and Mountain View Drive to Boniface Parkway. East: From the Intersection of Mountain View Drive and Boniface Parkway, south along Boniface Parkway to Tudor Road, then west along Tudor Road to Elmore Road, then south along Elmore Road to O'Malley Road South: From the intersection of Elmore Road and O'Malley Road, west along O'Malley Road to Minnesota Boulevard, then north along Minnesota Boulevard to Dimond Boulevard, then west along Dimond Boulevard and Dimond Boulevard extended west to the shoreline of Cook Inlet. West: From the intersection of Dimond Boulevard, (extended) and the shoreline of Cook Inlet, north along the shoreline of Cook Inlet to the point of beginning. SQUARE FOOT (ABOA): • 1,687 to 2,060 ABOA Class ‘B' Office Space. • 750 ABOA to 1,250 ABOA Heated Warehouse Space. • No less than 25' x 25' (625 sq.ft.) of fenced and lockable wareyard SPACE TYPES: • Warehouse and Ware Yard PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): • Eight (8) surface for employees use. • Eight (8) surface, for official visitor use. FULL TERM: Ten (10) years (120 months) FIRM TERM: Ten (10) years (120 months) RENEWAL OPTION: Two (2), Five -Year (5-yr) (60-month) Renewal Options, upon ninety (90) days notice. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: • Heated Warehouse, Ceiling Height minimum 10', Door height minimum 8'. • Fenced and Secure Wareyard. • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. • Offered space shall not be in the 100/ 500-year flood plain.
