- REVISION NUMBER 3 REVISION 3 DATED 7/26/2012 USDA Forest Service Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has requirement for 35 Ton 5th Wheel Tandem Axle Trailer. NAICS is 423110 (Business size is 100 Employees or less). This procurement is Set-Aside for Small Business under the Commercial Items format using the Simplified Acquistion rules for under $150,000. RFQ (Request For Quotes)package will be uploaded to this announcement on or after July 27, 2012. Interested vendors may request a hard copy of the RFQ package in writing after July 30, 2012 by Fax to: (928) 333-5966; Attn: Margaret Cisco. Offers must adhere to the specifications and requirements in the RFQ package. Alternatives that do not meet the minimum requirements in the RFQ will not be evaluated for award. Prices shall include all costs, taxes (excise, privilege, etc.) that are applicable, fees, shipping, delivery, unloading, assembly, etc. that is necessary to 445 E Navajo Street, Springerville, Arizona 85938. Offers will be evaluated for terms that the Contracting Officer deems to be the best value to the Government. The Closing Date for Offers HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO AUGUST 14, 2012, NOON pm Mountain Standard Time (The State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time). The RFQ has been amended to remove "lowboy" and update some of the other specifications that were not clear with initial version. Offerors are responsible to use the REVISED solicitation from which to base their offers. The Closing Date and time remain unchanged.
