Solicitation Number: W912JB-12-R-2008 Title: MIARNG Digital Multifunctional Devices NAICS code: 532420 Location: Various location within the state of Michigan Solicitation Issue Date: 01 August 2012 Pre Proposal Conference: 16 August 2012 at 1:00 p.m. local time at Reserve Forces Services Center, Lansing, MI Closing Date: 30 August 2012 at 2:00 P.M. ET Award date: Tentative 17 September 2012 Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. The PowerPoint presentation, Attendance sheets and Question and Answers will be posted to FBO shortly after the conference. The Government intends to award one single award Firm Fixed Price (Cost per Copy/month and cost) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year plus four option years for the performance of digital multi-function devices photocopier lease and maintenance services. The estimated value for the full contract term of 5 years is $1 Million. The primary North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 532420. Within the contract, there are both TIER descriptions and standards. All services are non-personal in nature. Businesses who anticipate proposing as a joint venture (JV) or with a mentor prot g agreement with a large business shall be required to provide the Small Business Administration's approval of their JV/mentor prot g agreement with their proposal submission. The Government intends to issue a solicitation, which will result in a best value award. The source selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.3 and DFAR Part 215.3, Source Selection. Evaluation factors include, but are not limited to, Technical (experience and capability, management practices and approach, compensation plan), Past Performance and Price. The proposals will be submitted in written format. The Government intends to award without discussions; therefore, the offeror's initial proposal shall contain its best terms. The solicitation will be available on 01 August 2012. The solicitation and associated information will be available at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. The currently scheduled date for the pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 16 August 2012 at 1:00 p.m. local time at Reserve Forces Services Center, Lansing, MI. All interested Offerors are encouraged to attend (attendance not required). Pre-registration is mandatory. A Joint Forces Headquarters/USPFO for Michigan Access Form will be posted to FBO on 01 August 2012 which must be completed and return in accordance with the instructions on the form to gain base access to attend the conference. Directions and instructions for entering the Joint Forces Headquarters/USPFO for Michigan Area will be provided in the Joint Forces Headquarters/USPFO for Michigan Access Form Access Form. The solicitation closing date is tentatively scheduled on 30 August 2012. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Award is anticipated to be on or about 17 September 2012. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency..All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database; in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004.Lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. The offeror must also be registered on Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), the Army's electronic invoicing system prior to award.
