- This pre-solicitation notice is for double rooms in Southport NC. The pending solicitation number will be W911S1-12-T-0301. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. The pending award will be a Fixed Price Contract with a period of performance of 07 AUG 2012 through 27 AUG 2012. This acquisition is TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or around 02 AUG 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45.
