- Outlying Building Repairs Phase 2; Project 568-12-107 This project involves various repairs to outlying buildings on the Fort Meade VA Medical Center located at Fort Meade, South Dakota. The Buildings involved in this Project are; 2/3, 4/5, 11, 12, 13, 20, 46, 51, 53, 65, and 105/106. Depending on the building, the work may include shingles, painting, new porch decking, gutter work and exterior wood trim. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, prior to submitting a proposal. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 210 days. NAICS: 236220, P&S: Z2FA.
