Description
Performance Work Statement Quality Assurance Sruveillance Plan (QASP) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is LOGAN-F3Z3511207AC02; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012; Defense DPN 20120724 effective 24 July 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330 effective 30 March 2012. This acquisition is unrestricted and set aside for small businesses; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999 the business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J042. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8900. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This requirement shall be 100% small business set-aside. Travis AFB has a requirement for the maintenance and servicing of Halon Fire Extinguishers and fire suppression systems. Please see attached Statement of work for further information. Delivery Date - 30 days ADC; FOB Destination CLIN 0001-AA : Maintain and service Halon Fire Extinguishers and Fire Suppression System for one base period (12 Months) plus 4 option years in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) Standards, see Statement of Work (SOW). CLIN 1001-AA: Option year 1 - October 2013 through September 30 2014 CLIN 2001-AA: Option year 2 - October 2014 through September 30 2015 CLIN 3001-AA: Option year 3 - October 2015 through September 30 2016 CLIN 4001-AA: Option year 4 - October 2016 through September 30 2017 This award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. ***QUOTE MUST BE VALID THROUGH 1 OCT 12*** The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
