- Please note that although a Statement of Work is added, it is incorporated to facilitate the installation portion of the work for the Air Handling Unit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Commercial as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is LGCAF090712A. This requisition is for a combined service and commodity to provide Air Handling Unit removal and installation as stipulated in the attached Statement of Work of this posting. Technical Solutions will be evaluated on an acceptable/not acceptable based on the need/requirement. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. Prospective offerors who would like to visit the site should immediately contact Mr. Orlando Guerrero at ( orlando.guerrero.2@us.af.mil ) All interested parties should contact Mr. Guerrero via email by 24 Aug 2012 for the site visit. Contractors will need to provide name, DOB, Driver's license number, pass date, time, company and purpose. Quotations on this solicitation must be received by 7 September 2012, 3:00 PM CDST in order to be considered for award. Only electronic proposals shall be accepted before the offer due date.
