- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: Within the official city limits of Las Cruces, NM Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,437 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,437 ABOA Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 fenced secured Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and located on the first floor without being split by a corridor. Space must have potential for an efficient layout and located in a professional office setting. Space shall not be located within close proximity to residential areas, schools, parks or churches. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including a total of 16 fenced surface parking spaces with additional fenced yard area for dedicated secured access. The Government requires building access on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative.
