Description

The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey at Fort Dix intends to issue a solicitation to procure a System Integrator to develop and implement Increment II of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A). This requirement will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 and the Small Business Size Standard is 25 million dollars. The Government intends to utilize a combination type contract that includes both cost type and firm fixed price tasks. A single award is anticipated which will include Small Business Subcontracting goals. The contract will include a base period and options with a period of performance of approximately five (5) years if all options are exercised. The geographic scope of the contract will include both CONUS and OCONUS locations with the majority of the contract performance being done at Government facilities located in Alexandria, VA. The Government anticipates solicitation W15QKN-12-R-H023 to be released on or about 4 September 2012. The solicitation package will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for the solicitation, and for any amendments. No telephone or email requests will be accepted.
