- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis Signal Star Matrix system, SignalCalc Savant, and SignalCalc Mobilyzer hardware support and software updates. Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer ™s equipment and software, only the OEM can provide the required support. Support includes: Coverage for SignalStar Matrix system, SignalCalc Savant, and SignalCalc Mobilyzer: 1)One Year of Standard Customer Support for SignalStar Matrix, Includes: Depot level repair within five (5) working days, software updates and application support via email 2)One Year of Standard Customer Support for SignalStar Matrix, Includes: Depot level repair within five (5) working days, software updates and application support via email The sole source is to: Data Physics Corporation, 1741 Technology Dr, Ste 260, San Jose, CA, 95110. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 16 August 2012, no later than 12:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 31 August 2012.
