- The priceing format has been changed to include the additional six radios. PWS is changed to increase th number of XTS5000 handheld by six to a total of 187 radios. Attachment A, Version 01 (Ver 1), increases number of radios by six and adds data missing from two worksheets in the original document. The question period is extended to COB August 13, 2012, since data was inadvertently not included in Excel workbook, "6.A_Attachment_A_USDA_Baseline_Combined_Analysis", namely Worksheets "XTS5000 handheld - 181 quantity" and "XTL5000 - 36 quantity" were lacking serial numbers and other data input. Changes to following documents identified as Version 1 (Ver 1) are being made by Amendment 2: 1. "6.A Attachment A. USDA Baseline Combined Analysis (Ver 1).xlsx" a. The worksheet name is changed to "XTS5000 handheld - 187" to reflect the six additional radios. The worksheet is changed to provide the missing data and serial numbers. b. Worksheet "XTL5000 - 36 quantity" is changed to provide the missing data and serial numbers. 2. "6.0 Performance Work Statement_ID04120207 Ver 1.docx" is changed to show the additional six XTS5000 handhelds. 3. "7.1.C Pricing Format_ID04120207 Ver 1.xlsx" is changed to show the additional six XTS5000 handhelds. No other changes are made or implied.
