- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a single-source basis to ASTM International, 100 Barr Harbor Drive, West Conshohocken, PA 19428. The requirement is for the renewal of the ASTM Standards Online Subscription. Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 12 Commercial Item procedures. Anticipated award date is August 9, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 12:00 pm MST, August 9, 2012, which shall be considered by the agency.
