Description
The U. S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, in support of the Product Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (MAS), intends to issue a solicitation to all Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders to procure the following: 1. Two thousand one hundred (2,100) rounds of 7.62 x 39mm API, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 2. Four thousand nine hundred (4,900) rounds of 7.62 x 39mm API-T, all from a single lot delivered to Blue Grass Army Depot. 3. Seven hundred (700) rounds of 7.62 x 39mm API-T, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 4. One thousand seven hundred and sixty (1,760) rounds of 7.62 x 54mm, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 5. Four thousand eight hundred and forty (4,840) rounds of 7.62 x 54mm, all from a single lot delivered to Blue Grass Army Depot. 6. Eight hundred and eighty (880) rounds of 7.62 x 54mm, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 7. Eight hundred and eighty (880) rounds of 12.7 x 108mm API, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 8. Five thousand and forty (5040) rounds of 12.7 x 108mm API-T, all from a single lot delivered to Blue Grass Army Depot. 9. Three hundred and twenty (320) rounds of 12.7 x 108mm API-T, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 10. Six hundred and forty four (644) rounds of 23 x 152 API, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 11. Two hundred and fifty two (252) rounds of 23 x 152 API-T, all from a single lot delivered to Naval Air Warfare Center. 12. Forty (40) rounds of 82mm O-832 HE Mortars (complete) delivered to White Sands Missile Range. 13. Twenty (20) rounds of 120mm M62P3 HE Mortars delivered to White Sands Missile Range. 14. Fifty (50) 122mm Field Artillery Rocket (9M22U) delivered to White Sands Missile Range. 15. Eight (8) AT-7 METIS (9K115) with Inert Warhead Live Propulsion. 16. An Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM) Launcher (9P151) with Operator's Manual supplied in English. 17. Technical Data Package for Small Caliber, Medium Caliber, Artillery Rockets, Anti-Tank Guided Missiles, and Anti-Tank Guided Launcher. i. The contractor shall submit for Government review and approval, the full technical data for all the Small Caliber, Medium Caliber, Artillery Rockets, Anti-Tank Guided Missiles, and Anti-Tank Guided Launchers that will be produced, as well as representative supporting qualification records as defined in Table II of the General Specification for Non Standard Mortar Cartridges, dated July 28, 2011 and in accordance with the Master SOW. The Non Standard Small Caliber, Medium Caliber, Artillery Rockets, Anti-Tank Guided Missiles, and Anti-Tank Guided Launcher shall meet, as a minimum, the requirements listed in Annex A and Annex B of the General Specification for Non Standard Mortar Cartridges, dated July 28, 2011. Please note that only contractors that have received a BOA under W15QKN-12-X-C008 will be issued a solicitation. If you believe you are capable of supplying the abovementioned Non-Standard Ammunition (NSA), please respond to the Government's open and continuous sources sought notice, W15QKN-12-X-C008 and follow the detailed instructions. Responses to the sources sought notice will be assessed to determine the contractor's capabilities, and if determined capable, the contractor will be awarded a BOA. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 16.703. The Government expects to award a Firm Fixed Price order to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. In addition, the Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice.
