- Description
- The U.S. Government solicited interest for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The purpose of this IDIQ is to provide a vehicle for construction services and installation of Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection (ATFP) and Access Control Points and equipment, for U. S. facilities primarily located in Germany, with some work in Belgium and the Netherlands, and some minor project work in the area of responsibility throughout EUCOM. Offerors have the right of refusal for work outside of Germany. Work in countries other than Germany may require specific country requirements which will be addressed when ordering individual Task Orders. The purpose of this contract is to provide construction services and installation of Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection (ATFP) measures which includes but not limited to, installation of physical force protection measures, including; fencing, vehicle barriers, security lighting, surveillance systems, physical barriers, and blast and splinter window protection. In addition, construction work and equipment related to Access Control Points (ACP) which work includes but is not limited to, structures, equipment, and site improvements in the vicinity of installation access gates including; roadways, gatehouses, guard shelters, traffic control devices, search areas, corridor barriers, electronic security systems, security monitoring and access control systems, windows and window treatments, and physical barriers. Each project task order awarded under this contract, shall normally be comprised of a number of pre-described and pre-packed tasks as described in each Task Order and the Unit Price Book. a. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: A base period of one (1) year and two (2) option periods not to exceed 365 days each. b. MAXIMUM CONTRACT VALUE: It is anticipated $5,000,000 annually for a base period and each option period, not-to-exceed $15,000,000 for the entire life of the contract. c. MINIMUM GUARANTEE: The minimum guarantee amount is $5,000 for the base period. Compensation for the base contract includes compensation for the Government's right to extend the term of the contract under the contract options. d. TASK ORDER LIMITATIONS: The minimum task order is 2,000 and the maximum task order is 1,000,000 (reference clause 52.216-19). On a case by case basis the Contracting Officer has the authority to issue task orders that may exceed the maximum task order limit.
