- Solicitation The purpose of this requirement is to provide Air National Guard operational units (ANG Units) with Crash, Damaged or Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) program advisory and consulting services to assist the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) with improving the organizational efficiency and operational readiness of ANG Units. The objective of this position will be to provide recommendations to NGB/A4M on CDDAR issues between the ANG Units, USAF Major Commands (MAJCOMs), and civilian agencies. Please submit your proposals by 14 August 2012 no later than 10:00AM.
