- Statement of Work The Contractor shall supply all materials, supplies, equipment and manpower necessary to perform refurbishment to Emergency Hyperberic Stretchers (S/N's: ZO5-48 & ZO5-55). The service should include replacing existing interior and exterior parts and recertifying the units for a further ten year period of use. This service includes shipping back to San Antonio, TX. Mfg: S.O.S. Hyperlite QTY: 2 Unit of Issue: Each Destination Info: Lackland AFB San Antonio, TX. Delivery Schedule: RFQ's will be available via Email: timothy.hull.3@us.af.mil All responsible sources may submit a capability proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A Statement of Work has been attached with more information.
