Description: This scope of work (PWS) describes the snow and ice control service for the US Army Garrison (USAG) Grafenwoehr with the two main areas: a) General walk and traffic areas - Connection road TA-1 Road between Main Post and Netzaberg - Village Center Netzaberg - Areas of the Field Camps and at the Main Post Grafenwoehr b) Army Airfield Grafenwoehr The snow and ice control service shall be performed during the winter season in the period from 1st November thru 31st March of the following year. Contract Period: 01 November 2012 through 31 October 2013 plus 3 option periods.
