- The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for the delivery of title evidence and title insurance policy for the Air National Guard leasehold and future improvements at the Tulsa International Airport, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Work requirements include: an Abstract to obtain the Commitment(s) for Title Insurance; an Updated Abstract; Commitment(s) for Title Insurance and any requested Continuations of Commitment(s) for the Title Insurance; and Owner's Title Insurance Policy. The contractor will be required to provide specified documents/deliverables as needed by the Government during the course of the lease acquisition process of the identified property. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about 17 August 2012 as a competitive 100% Small Business set-aside procurement. The specific date and time for quote submission will be identified in the solicitation documents. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541191, with a Small Business Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of $10,000,000. Solicitation documents will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Contractors may view and/or download the solicitation and any Amendments only at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for Amendments to the solicitation. In order to be considered for contract award, you must be registered with the Single Award Management (SAM) website with a current and active vendor profile. The SAM website is located at www.sam.gov. SAM is the newly implemented website that has consolidated CCR and other contractor websites.
