- WARMS network (base and four option years.) The Government currently plans to issue Solicitation L12PS01184 on or about 23 Aug 2012. The required services include the continuing operational support, maintenance, and upgrade of the seven-station WARMS network. The BLM-WY air monitoring program (WARMS) is an existing, long-term network of air monitoring sites dedicated to meeting the air resource management needs and objectives of the BLM in Wyoming. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Small Business under NAICS code 562910, with a size standard of $14 Mil. All contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an award. The evaluation factors for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation are: Technical approach, certifications and experience of the laboratory, experience of qualified personnel and Price. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the Governments Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedconnect.net. and FedBizOps. This solicitation will be available by Internet only and solicitation documents will not be available by any other means.
