- Attachment 3 - Wage Determination Attachment 2 - Exhibits Attachment 1 - Statement of Work Solicitation The intent of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for a multiple award, multiple year, IDIQ contract vehicle for the harvesting of mature seed cones on the San Juan, Rio Grande, and Pike-San Isabel National Forests. This project area will include all San Juan Rio Grande and Pike-San Isabel Public Lands in southern Colorado. This solicitation is Set-Aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Ginger Domingos at gingerdomingos@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-385-1243. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov or http://www.sam.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must complete electronic representations and certifications at the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis and is only available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Please locate and refer to Request for Proposal attached.
