- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to respond to questions from industry, and make changes to the solicitation as appropriate. Proposal due date remains unchanged on August 27, 2012, 4:00 P.M, Eastern Standard Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Northern Regional Medical Command (NRMC) has a requirement for Direct Health Care Provider (DHCP) Services for Physician personnel to provide personal and nonpersonal services in the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) located throughout the NRMC region. Direct health care services may take the form of treatment, movement of patients, clinical evaluations, recommendations, advice, area and equipment preparation, and other clinical services to supplement the MTF's clinical staff.
