The period of performance is October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2018. Five seperate contracts will result from this solicitation. Offerors do not have to offer on all installations to be considered for an award. The pre-award schedule is as follows; August 20, 2012; Barksdale AFB LA, 0900 pre-proposal conference and site visit. August 21, 2012; Little Rock AFB AR, 0900 pre-proposal conference and site visit August 22, 2012; Robins AFB GA, 1000 pre-proposal conference and site visit August 23, 2012; Moody AFB GA, 0900 pre-proposal conference and site visits August 24, 2012; Eglin/Hurlburt AFB FL, 0900 pre-proposal conference and site visit. Interested individuals/companies shall provide; name, email address, and telephone number to Richard Brooks at richard.brooks2@dla.mil NLT August 15, 2012 by 1100 local Fort belvoir time.
