- This RFP is being amended to revise the quantities and to add a provision for Reverse Auctioning. The estimated annual demand is now 949 each, and the maximum annual contract quantity is 1,361. The Amendment will be issued Thursday, August 9, 2012 and will close Friday, August 17, 2012 at 2pm, EST. The provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction is added.
