- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration plans to negotiation a sole source purchase order with the Association of Metropolitan Planning (AMPO) for the Co-Sponsorship and support. The purpose of the conference is to provide support the 2012 Annual Conference to conduct training, coordination, presentations, fiscal constraints, best practices related to transportation planning and air quality. AMPO will provide their facilitators, provide the conference space and organize their logistics for the services. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to their requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $20,000.00
