- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each Software - MWO NonLinear HB, Layout-Locked P/N: MWO_205_PLW, 1 each Maintenance for item #1 P/N: MWO_205_MLW_1, 1 each Software - VSS for Communication signals P/N: VSS_250_PLW, 1 each Maintenance for item #2 P/N: VSS_250_PLW_1, 1 each Software - Test Ware Instrumentation P/N: TSW_100_PLW, 1 each Maintenance for item #5 P/N: TSW_100_PLW_1, 1 each Hardware Key P/N: HWK_200. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16 th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
