- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference Solicitation number is F7H0CG2199A005. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994 The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5180. Description: MSG PIONEER TOOL KIT FOR HMMWV). Item#1: M70-402, MSG PIONEER TOOL KIT FOR HMMWV. REPLACES THE STOCK HMMWV PIONEER TOOL SET WITH HEAVY DUTY TOOLS THAT HAVE FIBERGLASS HANDLES. THE KIT IS MOUNTED ON THE HOOD OF THE HMMWV USING THE EXISTING HOLES, OR EQUAL. (4 Each) (All items requested will accept an Or Equal item.)
