- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333912, Air and Gas Compressors, Compressors and Vacuums, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2KBAD2172A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012. The Government intends to award one contract with one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). CLIN 0001: Air System - Oil free compressed air system to provide dry instrument quality air for application - Storage air pressure of 116 PSIG maximum - Regulators to reduce pressure to as low as 1 PSIG - Metered flow rates from zero (0) to one (1) SCFM - Entire system must have a footprint of 24"x60" or less - System must be designed to be powered by 115V single phase 60 Hz power - System intended be mounted on a mobile wheeled platform with non-marking, locking wheels QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days ARO DELIVERY: FOB Destination INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2), Soliciting Competition, Offerors are notified that award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
