- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola, Florida, intends to issue a solicitation, RFQP03121200015, for the provisions of the 1st QUARTER FY 2013 BREAD. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Delivery dates will begin on October 1, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, 110 Raby Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32509. The contract type is a firm-fixed price contract. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by the evaluation of price, along with past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 17, 2012, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The deadline for receipt of quotes is August 31, 2012, 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. Quotes received after closing date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All potential quoters are required to complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which could be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
