- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F7AGCC2180A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Total Small Businesses, although we encourge all bidders to submit a quote in the event no responsible small business quotes are received. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33912. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: CLIN 0001 -.Qty of 1 EA; Doosan Model P425/HP375WCU T4i Portable Air Compressor or Equal. 85" towbar with 19" to 33" adjustable height hitch, and a single hose reel with 100' x 3/4" hose on the reel.
