- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office Northeast, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for improved financial systems management and engineering services required by the Headquarters Marine Corps, Programs and Resources Department, Resource Fiscal Finance (RFF), Marine Corps Pay Requirements Directorate (MCPRD). The contractor shall provide technical support, management, and sustainment services in the performance of assigned tasks in support of the mission of MCPRD. Tasks will encompass project and program management support, analytical, technical, and programming support, the writing of enhancements to current Marine Corps Military Pay Systems Programs that will calculate and generate database codes, as well as other activities associated with sustaining and enhancing Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS), Marine Corps Pay Recon Team (MCPRT), and Marine Corps Disbursing Operations and System Section (MCDOSS) capabilities in direct support of MCPRD. The period of performance for this effort will be a base year (12 months) and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods with a possible six (6) months performance period in accordance with FAR clause 52,217-8 Option to Extend Services. The quantities and specifications for this requirement will be specified in the Performance Work Statement in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next thirty (30) days on the Federal Business Opportunities On Line (www.fbo.gov) a closing date of receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded as a GSA Firm-Fixed-Price under Schedule 70, NAICS code 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) with a size standard of $4.5 MIL. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (FBO) frequently for updates to any and all documents.
