- Fresh Donut acquisition for customers in the Norfolk, Virginia area. The resultant contract will be for an eighteen-month performance period, starting 16 December 2012. The resultant award will be for an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 10% and a maximum of 200% of the actual award value.
