- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation, W91WAW-12-R-0083. The ACC-NCR has a requiremnt on the behalf of the DoDIG to procure Commvault Enterprise Backup software. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the Performance Work statement (PWS). The objective is to contractually procure maintenance for the Commvault Enterprise Backup software for disaster recovery. The contractor shall provide Galaxy Software Premier Maintenance support for the Commvault Enterprise Backup software with the following products: CLIN0001Galaxy Software Premier Maintenance Support License F7A12 Convert/Upgrade to CLA/ DP-Core Infrastructure, 1TB capacity 15 Data Protection Enterprise feature pack, 1TB capacity 45 Upgrade, Convert 1TB of DP-Core to full Enterprise 15 License F7A13 AFP-ENCR Data Encryption CommCell Enabler 1 CommServe 1 DA-Active Directory 1 DA-Exchange MB/DB/PF/WF 1 DA-Linux 5 DA-SharePointPortal/MOSS 2 DA-SQL 6 DA-Virtual Infrastructure Host Tier 2 DA-Windows File Server + DC 10 DSK for up to 1 TB 1 Media Agent (Windows) 1 Secondary Copy Data Encryption enabler per MA 1 Shared Storage with iDDs 2 Single Instance Storage for Disk 1 This acquisition is procured as full and open competition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The size standard is 500 employees and a single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for a full discription of the requirment. This requirement is being procured as Brand Name only. The brand name letter is attached. The requirement is for CommVault computer Software.
