- This solicitation is a commercial services acquisition under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") has a requirement for Project Finance Federal Loan Management Services to include Master Servicer, Administrative Agent and Distressed Asset Management functions. The services for this acquisition as described in the Statement of Work require expertise in Project Finance. Residential or commercial real estate loan servicing experience does not provide related expertise to substitute for actual Project Finance experience.
