Description

This Request For Proposal (RFP) is for the procurement of 20 NSN 5985-01-259-2057, POLARIZER,LENS,RADOM. The RFP is being issued as Unrestricted. It is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are : RAYTHEON COMPANY (49956), P/N G256363-1 and RAYTHEON TECHNICAL SERVICES (5D832), P/N G256363-1 I/A/W DRAWING NR 49956 G256363 AMEND NR AN DTD 10/17/06. The unit of measure is EACH and will be shipped to DDSP New Cumberland Facility with a delivery schedule of 330 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The RFP will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 09/01/2012. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
