- The solicitation issue date (POSTED TO DIBBS WEBSITE) is AUGUST 28, 2012. A Solicitation to be issued in anticipation of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Contract for a base period of one year and four one year options for an estimated annual demand quantity of 480 pieces. NSN 2840-00-343-7627 for an Arm, Compressor, utilized on the F-100aircraft engine program. This will be 100% Small Business Set Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; and Export Control. A Technical Data Packages is not available for this item. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. A Contractor First Article Test is required on three (3) units. Delivery of production units is required in 466 days ARO. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
