This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this service to the Contract Specialist via-email or fax 803-647-5668. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
