Description

Equipment list Redacted J&A The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Information Technology Contracting Division, Hardware Section (DITCO/PL8322), Scott AFB, IL, intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order to Seeds of Genius, 9810 Patuxent Woods Dr., Columbia, MD 20146 for the purchase of services,hardware and additional application server software licenses for the analysis, design, development of a secure and scalable Identity and Access Management System. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Test Program. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed support services must indicate their interest no later than 3 business days following the publication of this notice.
