Description

This is a sole-source procurement. This pre-solicitation is published for information purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The source is Montgomery County located at 101 Monroe Street 15th floor, Rockville, MD, 20850-2540. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Montgomery County intends to provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of leasing 150 parking spaces to NIH for the period of performance October 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. The Government is contemplating whether to include option years in the contract. The 150 spaces shall be used by NIH permit holders with valid NIH identification, i.e. mirror hangtag fully displayed. AUTHORITY: FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market research was conduct to determine if there are other sources are capable of providing 150 parking spaces in an open-lot near Rockville Pike and Old Georgetown Road in Rockville, MD. No other sources were found capable of providing 30 parking spaces in the specific area.
