Columbia River Way, Bingen WA, for hardware to modernize the Government owned ScanEagle Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). These BOA orders will facilitate the modernization of government owned ScanEagle UAS, supporting combat missions conducted by Naval Special Warfare (NSW). The estimated total value of the contractual actions is $10M. Small businesses interested in subcontracting possibilities may contact Jim Lambo, 509-493-6565, Insitu, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
