This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instruments Manufacturing), Size standard is 500 employees. This RFQ is being issued as Firm Fixed Price, UNRESTRICTED. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. These items/supplies are for use at Williams Beaumont Medical Center, El Paso, TX All responsible Contractors shall provide an offer for the following. EVALUATION OF FACTORS: Award will be made based on Technically Acceptable, Lowest price. The evaluated price will be the total price of the quote, Technical Factors are more important than Price. Price must be determined to be fair and reasonable. A.Equipment must have the capability of calculating real time URR (UREA REDUCTION RATION). B. Equipment must have 21 different variations of UF (Ultrafiltration) modeling options. C. Equipment must have the options for pre-program on the machines to initialize of the pre- rinse and testing. D. Must have only (1) chemical solution to perform within 30 minutes disinfection cycle E. Equipment shall have post -blood pump arterial pressure monitoring (PBE) F. Equipment shall have single needle mode for the continuation of treatment when an aceess clots G. Equipment shall have Arterial Bolus Administration, which utilizes the blood pump to measure the amount of saline infuse into the bloodlines. H. Pre-programmed and user -defined treatment files which can be set for UF, Nia, Bicarb, dialysate flow, temperature and heparin. I. Equipment shall have an auto-on/off time which allows the center to save time. J. Equipment shall touch screen combine with off-screen for blood pump operation, on/off and speed control is always available via the by hard keys K. Equipment shall have alarm conditions that can be muted and cleared via "Acknowledge" hard key. L. Equipment shall provide treatment parameters that are entered via the "Enter" hard key. The key must lights up when the user press to confirm an entry.
