- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 0761126311 Brand name or Equal items are acceptable for their procurement. If an alternative brand is proposed; vendors must submit with their quote a point by point comparison of their proposed item and the specification listed below. In order to be considered for award the offeror must provide all required supplies to the exact specification listed below: 1.MQ Power, Whisper Watt Series, 85kVA/68 kW Super Silent Diesel Generator Part# DCA85SSJU2C Must have the following mandatory specifications: •(1) Tandem Axel Trailer w/100 gallon Fuel Tank & Electric Brakes •(1) Block Heater •(1) Battery Charger •(1) Coupler & Pintle •(1) Fuel Valve Kit-Three Way Fuel valve w/ external fuel connections • 2.MQ Power, Whisper Watt Series, 150kVA/120kW Super Silent Diesel Generator Part# DCA150SSCU4I Must have the following mandatory specifications: •(1) Tandem Axel Trailer w/210 gallon Fuel Tank & Electric Brakes •(1) Block Heater •(1) Battery Charger •(1) Coupler & Pintle •(1) Fuel Valve Kit-Three Way Fuel valve w/ external fuel connections Shipping: All Items shall be shipped to Quantico, VA Submission of Quotes: All quotes must be submitted via e-mail to Contracts Specialist at Montarious.Usher@ic.fbi.gov no later than Monday, August 20, 2012 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Terms and Conditions: This RFQ incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2005-30. The provision at FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors (Jun 2008) and addendum are incorporated into this solicitation. Addendum to 52.212-1, Modify: (b) Submission of offer(s) is to read as follows: "Submit offers electronically to Montarious.Usher@IC.FBI.GOV. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999) is incorporated by reference. This requirement will be awarded to the low price technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Aug 2009) is incorporated. Contractors may submit their online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at the following government portal: http://orca.bpn.gov. Clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Mar 2009), and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items (Nov 2011), apply to this solicitation.
