- Strategic Sourcing: Additional Market Research on consolidation of Custodial Cleaning contracts. 1. This notice continues dialogue with industry to allow the Government to make a risk assessment in combining the KMC and Spangdahlem Custodial Cleaning Contracts. 2. Attached we provide a market survey and request that the completed questionnaire is submitted to the Contracting Officer via e-mail to Inge.Jenkins@ramstein.af.mil and corinna.jackson@ramstein.af.mil no later than 24 Aug 2012. 3.
