Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with JoKell, Chesapeake, VA. to procure the following items: 110 each AX0685-3216-SP, 40 each AX0685-3224-SP, 25 each AX0685-3616-SP, 100 each AX0685-3624-SP, 25 each AX0685-4024-SP, 50 each AX0737-2816-SP, 25 each AX0737-3216-SP, 25 each AX0737-3224-SP, 120 each AX0772-28-SP, 160 each AX0772-32-SP, 25 each AX4685-3616-SP, 40 each AX8685-2816-SP, 70 each AX8685-3216-SP, 40 each AX8685-3224-SP, 40 each AX8685-3624-SP, 50 each AX8737-2816-SP, 70 each AX8737-2824-SP, 25 each AX8737-3216-SP, 70 each AX8737-3224-SP, 900 feet CC261-16, 400 feet CC261-24 to support the repair of various U.S. Naval ships. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
