- The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Acoustic Vision Panel Project at the Potomac ATCSCC in Warrenton, VA. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Roger Babb, 404-389-8754. Backup POC is Ted Cosgrove, 540-422-4551. The performance period, for the onsite delivery & installation, is fifteen (15) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project is not set aside, and is available for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $25,000 to $100,000. Performance and payment bonds are required, for any contract over $100,000.00. If the resultant contract is awarded for less than $100,000.00, then performance and payment bonds will not be required.
