- White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office, WSMR NM intends to award a Sole Source, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued development or production of a major system or highly specialized equipment, including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Notice of intent to award sole source to Arrow/Zeus Electronics,7629 Anagram Drive, Eden Praire, MN 55344 for the purchase of the Part# OP2177ARM-REEL. No other companies The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 334413, with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package will be issued. However, responses received by Monday August 22, 2012 will be considered by the Government for future purchases. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
