Description

Questions and answers #1 Updated schedule for site visits week of August 20, 2012 (only change from previous is deletion of 312 N. Spring Street) 1. The site visits scheduled for the week of August 20, 2012 are scheduled for the same dates and times, except the August 23 visit to the USCH 312 N. Spring Street is cancelled. 2. The USCH, 312 N. Spring Street, is removed from the requirements of this solicitation. This is due to uncertainty as to whether GSA will retain that building. If GSA retains the building GSA may, at its discretion, negotiate with the contractor after award to add that work back into the ESPC. 3. The following new documents are being posted: (a) revised site visit schedule for the week of 8/20/12 (only change is deletion of 312 N. Spring Street). (b) Questions and answers #1. (c) Operations and maintenance requirements for the central plant at 300 N. Los Angeles Street. (d) Minor revisions to the Reagan USCH SOW (i) corrects the savings calculations for the plate and frame; (ii) revises the exhaust fan measure to relocate the equipment to the exhaust fan room as opposed to a cubicle. (e) Minor revisions to the Hawthorne SOW (i) revises the EEM summary table (page 1) (ii) revisions on pages 21 and 23. (f) minor revision to the Anderson FB (Long Beach) SOW just to correct headers in a table to reflect inverter duty motors. (g) revisions to the Van Nuys SOW, pages 1 and 10 are revised, to include revision to payback calculations for controls
