- List of required items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested (All-or-None Basis) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FA4887F2U355 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This solicitation is being issued as a HubZone set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315211 and the size standard of 500 employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply. The requirement is to procure Mobility Bag Gear. FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. Please see the attached excel spreadsheet describing what gear and the quantities needed. We request delivery to be 60 days ARO. The evaluation will be based on low price, and technically acceptable offer. The following Provisions and Clauses are applicable: 52.203-6 Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government, Alternate I (Sep 2006); 52.203-3 Gratuities (APR 1984); 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (Feb 2012); 52.211-6 Brand name or Equal (Aug 1999); 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Feb 2012); 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
